This recipe only takes 20 min.
1 ( 15 0z. ) can spicy chili beans, undrained
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 egg slightly beaten
5 sandwich buns, split
In a medium bowl, mash beans. Stir in bread crumbs, onion, and egg mix well. Shape mixture into 5 patties, about 3 1/2 inch size. Spray a non stick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat until hot, then place patties in skillet. Cook 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly brown, turning once. Serve on burger bums with tomatoes, onion, cheese,ect.
You can complete your meal with Spanish rice and coleslaw.
