Fresh Ginger & Honey Chutney
Now here is a tasty and easy way to take your daily does of ginger. Ginger lowers blood cholesterol and prevents platelet clumping.
2 Tbs. grated or finely chopped ginger
2 Tbs. honey
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice or to taste
Combine ingredients and stir. Store in a air tight container in the refrigerator. Take up to 2 tsp. a day, before meals or with your meals.
