Food Recipe of the Day: Glazed Broiled Fillets

Glazed Broiled Fillets

2 LB. skinless sole fillets, or other fillets fresh or frozen

2 Tbs lemon juice

1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 c. olive oil or butter

2 Tbs. mayonnaise

3 Tbs. chopped onion greens

Dash pepper and salt

Dash of Tabasco sauce


Thaw frozen fillets and place in a single layer on a well greased baking pan. Brush fillets with lemon juice and let stand for about 10 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients. Broil for8 minutes, 3 to 4  inches from the heat until fish flakes easy with a fork. Remove from heat and spread withe cheese mixture, Broil 2 to 3 minutes more until lightly brown.
