Herb Recipe of the Day: Stress Buster Tea


1 Tbs. Siberian ginseng root

2 tsp. linden flowers

2 tsp. oatstraw

1 tsp. kava-kava root

1 tsp. orange peel

1/4 tsp. stevia herb

3 c. water

Simmer all ingredients in covered pot for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let it steep for 15 minutes. Strain and drink as needed, up to 5 cups a day.

Stevia is a natural sweetener you can use honey if wish.
