Herbal pet aid
It is now time to protect your dog with pungent herbs. This nature’s own flea repellents, for a fragrant and relatively scratch free pet. To start, bathe your pet weekly with a herbal bath rinse, Make by simmering 2 c. of fresh peppermint or pennyroyal in a quart of boiling water for 1/2 hour. Double the recipe for a larger dog. Add the infusion to at least a gallon of warm bath water. The dog may be sponged off with the herb water, or submerged in it. Do not rub around face or eyes, which might be irritated by the herbs.
Than mix 1 tsp. of rosemary to 1 c. boiling water, let steep for 15 minutes, cool, and use it in a spray bottle and spray as a after bath rinse between baths. Use for several days for servere problems.
