French Fried Vegetables or Onion Rings
1 env. gelatin
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce to tastes
1 package of bread crumbs
Soften gelatin in milk. Beat together with eggs. Gradually stir in flour and beat till smooth and blended. Chill till thick. Dip onion rings or vegetables, shake off excess and roll in packaged breading mix. Refrigerate till well chilled. Deep fry.
