Dandelion
( Taraxacum officinale )

Aids with, blood cleansing, improves digestion, stimulates the liver, gallbladder, kidneys, and bladder

Precaution; Do not use in cases of blocked bile ducts, intestinal obstruction, or the accumulation of pus in the gallbladder.

Dandelion contains much that is beneficial to our bodies, bitter compounds, choline, inulin, large quantities of minerals, as calcium,sodium, silicic acid, sulfur, and in the fresh leaves a high content of potassium. It has been long used as a remedy for liver and gallbladder dysfunction .Dandelion juice is also a good supplemental tonic and diuretic to use during a cleansing fast or weight loss program. Dandelion tea can be used throughout the year and you can easily make your own, Use the leaves, flower’s, and roots. Gather the leaves and flower’s in the early spring, carefully drying them and cutting them into very small pieces. Dig up the roots , clean it, cut lengthwise, hang to dry than cut in ti very small pieces. Mix all together add 2 tsp. to boiling water , steep it, strain, drink 3 unsweetened cups daily for 4 to 6 weeks. Stop for 4 weeks.
Pick your dandelion far from roads as to keep sprays and toxic fumes away from them.
