Dandelion tea can be used throughout the year and you can easily make your own, Use the leaves, flower’s, and roots. Gather the leaves and flower’s in the early spring, carefully drying them and cutting them into very small pieces. Dig up the roots , clean it, cut lengthwise, hang to dry than cut in ti very small pieces. Mix all together add 2 tsp. to boiling water , steep it, strain, drink 3 unsweetened cups daily for 4 to 6 weeks. Stop for 4 weeks.
