Food Recipe of the Day: Baked Corn on the Cob


Baked Corn on thr Cob

6 fresh ears of corn
6 Tbs. butter
1 tsp. lemon pepper
foil

Preheat oven to 325

Remove husk and silk from corn. Wash and pat dry with papper towel. Spread butter on corn, sprinkle with lemon pepper and wrap each ear with foil. Bake for 3 minutes.
