Cramping muscles are known as involuntary muscle contractions. They can be very painful and tight. Calcium is very important when cramps are present. U You should use high calcium foods and raw juices. Carrot juice is excellent, and foods such as green leafy vegetables, sprouts, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pecans, peas ( sprouted ), cashews, garlic, almonds, figs, oranges, soybeans ( sprouted ), onions, millet, brewer’s yeast. Avoid high protein foods. These foods plug the intestinal tract and hinder absorption of vitamins and minerals. always keep the bowels active.
Ointment for muscle Cramps
20 drops yerba mansa tincture
4 ounces wintergreen oil
1 pound petroleum jelly
Mix the above well. Rub on cramp muscles.
