New Potato Salad with Italian Sausage

1 1/2 Lb. red new potatoes, cut into quarters
1 c. dry white wine
2 Tbs. minced parsley
1 Tbs. white wine vinegar
1/2 c. pitted black olives, halved
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. olive oil

Put potatoes in sauce pan cover with water and boil for 15 to 20 minutes, until tender. Drain, cut potatoes into large pieces and place in a salad bowl, immediately pour the wine over them and sprinkle with parsley and garlic. In a small bowl, stir together the vinegar and some salt mix well. Add oil and stir vigorously until blended. Pour the dressing over the potatoes and mix gently.

Grilled Italian Sausage;
1 red bell pepper, cut in strips
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 yellow onion, slivered
1 clove garlic, minced
4 Italian sausages, cut into bite size pieces

Saute peppers, onion,and garlic, Italian sausages. Place beside potatoes on serving dish.
