Baked Chicken Reuben
1 16 oz. bag sauerkraut, well drained
4 whole chicken breast, halved boneless and skinless
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
1 Tbs. chopped Parsley
In buttered baking dish, place chicken. Put sauerkraut over chicken and top with cheese. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 to 2 at 325 degrees. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
