The How To’s: Avocado & Carrot Mask


This is a good way to put back moisture on the face, improve elasticity,as well as smooth out wrinkles.

Avocado and Carrot Mask

ingredients:
2 to 3 medium sized carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 avocado
1/4 c. plain yogurt
1 tsp. honey
1 softgel of vitamin E

Directions:
Scrub carrots steam or boil them until lightly softened. Peel the avocado save skin for later use. Put carrots, avocado honey, vitamin E, plain yogurt in a blender and puree. Apply to face and neck areas and massage just washed face. Keep it on your face for 20 minutes. then rinse with tepid water. Than take the peel from avocado and using upward strokes, rub all over your face and neck. Put left overs in refrigerator.
This is very good for dry skin.
