Food Recipe of the Day: Vegetable Pizza


Vegetable Pizza

ingredients:
2 crescent roll tubes
2 ( 8 oz. ) cream cheese
1 pkg. hidden valley ranch dressing or good seasons Italian dressing
3/4 cup shredded cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 c. green peppers
3/4 c. broccoli
3/4 c. tomatoes
3/4 c. cauliflower
3/4 c. mushrooms
3/4 c. grated carrots
jalapenos
1 can refried beans

Directions:
Cover bottom of pizza pan or cookie sheet pan, with rolls and spread out entire pan. Bake at 350 degrees or until lightly brown
, about 7 to 8 minutes. Beat cheese , salad dressing and ranch dressing together. Spread refried beans first on roll, than dressing mixture on next . Mix vegetables and put on top. Sprinkle cheese over top.
