Food Recipe of the Day: Apple Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

Kids of all ages loves this recipe. You can double it for a big crowd.

Apple Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

Cinnamon Chips
2 Tbs, sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 ( 8 inch flour tortillas )
2 medium apples, chopped
1 medium pear, chopped
1 orange, chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberry
1/2 cup seedless red grapes, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1 Tbs. packed brown sugar

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. For cinnamon chips, combine sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Brush tortillas with water. Sprinkle sugar mixture evenly over tortillas. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges, arrange on baking sheet. Bake 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire rack to cool completely. For salsa, combine all salsa ingredients in a large bowl. Serve salsa with chips.
3 Tbs. orange juice
