Food Recipe of the Day: Fresh Spicy Salad

Fresh Spicy Salad

1 cucumber, halved crosswise and lengthwise
1 medium green pepper. quartered
1 small onion, halved
2 medium stalks celery, each cut crosswise into 1/3 halved
2 medium tomatoes, halved
3 Tbs. vinegar
1 Tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
dash of hot pepper sauce

Combine vegetables. In a separate bowl, mix together remaining ingredients to make dressing. Toss dressing and vegetables together. Refrigerate until severing time.
