Food Recipe of the Day: Sauteed Greens & Potatoes


3 Tsp Olive Oil
5 cloves Garlic
1/2 Rosemary
4 Medium Potatoes
4 cups Mustard Greens
Parmesan Cheese

Cube and lightly Steam Potatoes. Heat oil in large skillet (I prefer Cast-iron). Chop garlic, rosemary and greens. Add potatoes, garlic, rosemary, and greens to oil. Saute until greens soften. Using a large spoon or spatula to smash down flat. Cook for 4-6 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
