The How To’s: Rosemary’s PMS Tea


Thank you God for our Herbs. Maybe this recipe will help you through this period of your life. All these herbs can help the body shed excess water and the moody blues. I like mine in the morning and at night.

Rosemary’s PMS Tea

ingredients
1 part uva-ursi
1 part chickweed
1 part oatstraw
2 parts corn silk
2 parts nettle

Directions
Mix the herbs together and use 4 to 6 Tbs per quart of filtered water. Place cold water in a sauce pan, then add the herbs and slowly bring to a simmer over low heat. Remove immediately from heat, and keep in the pot, tightly covered. Infuse for 20 minutes. Strain out the Herbs. Drink 3 to 4 cups daily.
