Food Recipe of the Day: Cowboy Stew

Cowboy stew is our favorite stew.

Cowboy Stew

1 1/2 lb. stew meat
1/4 c. four
2 Tbs. oil
2 medium onions
1 clove garlic
1 can beer
salt & pepper
2 tsp instant beef bouillon
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 bay leaf
1 Tbs. molasses
1 Tbs. vinegar
1/2 c. sliced celery
2 medium potatoes, cubed
4 carrots, cubed
1 small head of cabbage,sliced
1 c. fresh peas
1 c. corn

Roll meat in flour and brown in oil. Add next ingredients. Cover and simmer for 2 hours or until meat is tender. Add vegetables and enough water to cover, and cook 35 to 45 minutes.
