Food Recipe of the Day: Impossible Quiche

Impossible Quiche


12 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. finely chopped green onion or onion
2 cups milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
a pinch of rosemary

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9 or 10 inch plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, onion evenly over bottom of pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender, blend on high for 1 minute. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife comes out clean when inserted. Bake 50-55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Slice some tomatoes and enjoy.
