This recipe helped my Grandfather when an attract came on him.
Barley and barley water are soothing and helps rebuild the stomach lining.
Boil 2 oz. of pearled barley in 6 cups of water until there is about 1/2 of the water left. There should be 3 cups left.
Strain. If necessary, add honey and lemon to taste.
Drink it through out the day. Eat the barley in soup, stews or by itself.
