Herbal Remedy of the Day: Warts

Plantar Wart

Warts are unsightly and sometimes painful. My son had one on his big toe, right next to a nerve junction. Not only was the wart painful, but it was right on that junction so it caused increasing pain.
A simple solution to warts is one that many people wouldn’t expect. Dandelion leaf. If you have any dandelions in your yard (who doesn’t?), then all you have to do is go to your yard, grab some of the leaves.
Chop the leaves up, add some lemon juice, garlic powder and a little bit of baking powder. Make a paste out of it and apply that directly to your wart 2-3 times daily. This should take only a week or so to remove the wart.
