Food Recipe of the Day: Fresh Spinach Salad

It’s been awhile since I put a recipe on, so I thought I’d add one that even the kids will like!

Fresh Spinach Salad

1 pound fresh Spinach
1 small red onion (sliced into rings)
3 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)
6 slices bacon, because bacon makes everything taste better 😉

1 small onion, chopped fine
1 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)

1. Remove stems from spinach, wash in lukewarm water and pat dry
2. Tear into bite sized pieces
3. Combine spinach, onion, eggs and bacon
4. Serve with dressing and enjoy!
