Food Recipe of the Day: Jewish Apple Cake

Jewish Apple Cake:
4 eggs
2 c. white sugar
1 c. oil
2 c.flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
6 apples,pared and sliced
1 Tbs. sugar
1 Tbs. cinnamon

Beat eggs,gradually add 2 c. sugar and oil,beat well. Add flour,baking powder,vanilla and mix well. Folds in apples. Mix together sugar and cinnamon. Cover bottom of greased bundt pan with half the batter. Sprinkle half of cinnamon sugar mixture over batter,add remaining batter. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
