This makes a great desert or for pot luck gatherings.
1 package( 18 oz.) refrigerated sugar cookie dough,soften(or make your own cookie dough) I like it with oatmeal cookie dough.
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese,soften
1 Tbs. powder sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup peach preserves
1-2 peaches,peeled and coarsely chopped(about 1 cup)
1 1/2 fresh strawberries
2 kiwis,peeled and sliced
1/2 cups pineapple(drained) fresh would be better
1 1/2 cups whipped topping
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Placed cookie dough in a large bowl: mix on 1/3 cup of pecans. Shape dough mixture into a ball. Place in center of greased foil covered 14 inch pizza pan. Flatten slightly with palm of hand. Pat out dough with fingers to 1/2 circle. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely. Carefully remove foil. In medium bowl combine cream cheese,powder sugar and vanilla,nutmeg, cinnamon,mix well. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly onto cookie crust:cover evenly with preserves. Top with peaches,strawberries,kiwi,pineapple. Sprinkle with remaining pecans. Pipe whipped topping around edge of pizza to decorate.
