Lemon Grass has a great lemony taste when used in tea, which makes it a wonderful addition to many remedies. It has anti-fever properties for cold, flu and fevers especially for children. It also helps relieve stress for many people. Women may find it useful for cramps, headaches and dizziness. It’s astringent properties help to slow or even stop discharge from mucous membranes.
