Herb Recipe of the Day: Sexual Rejuvenation Tea

Sexual Rejuvenation Tea (for both men and women)

This is a tea to use if you would rather not have to use chemicals to add a boost to your stamina. Use approximately an hour before activity and you should be able to tell a major difference.

1 qt cold water
1/2 oz dried Siberian Ginseng (energy & circulation)
1/2 oz Gotu Kola (for energy)
1/2 oz Damiana (Female hormones, impotence in men, increases sperm count)
1/2 oz Sarsaparilla (for men only) (Contains natural testosterone)
1/8 tsp Cayenne (increases benefits from other herbs, aids circulation)

1. Place the herb in the saucepan and pour the cold water over the herb(s)
2. Bring to a slow boil and then simmer gently for 20-40 minutes, you want the volume of water to be reduced by about a third.
3. Take the saucepan off the stove and strain through a sieve
4. Pour into a covered jug and store in a cool place

Drink approximately 1 cup 1-2 hours before activity to allow time for the decoction to work. Add honey for flavor if you like. It’s natural and should add a boost of energy.
