This is so easy and fast for a busy family just add your favorite vegetables on the side and enjoy.
6 pork chops
1 package frozen shredded potatoes
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste( or use my no salt recipe found on my how to do recipes )
Preheat oven to 350 degrees,In a skillet,brown pork chops on both sides. In a separate pan,cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 min.,drain. Spoon potatoes into a lightly greased 13×9 casserole dish.Add half the onions and seasonings. Arrange pork chops over potatoes,then sprinkle with remining onions. Spread soup evenly over top. Bake 30 mins;sprinkle cheese over top and bake an additional 30 mins.
