It almost seems like this herb was made for the respiratory system. It is one of the best cold/flu fighters in the herb kingdom. The major benefits of Ginger is it’s ability to remove congestion, clear sore throats, upset stomach relief, indigestion relief and also relieves headaches and other body aches and pains.
Like cayenne, ginger is another excellent herb to blend with other herbs in order to boost their effectiveness. If added to meat dishes, it will help the intestines to detoxify the meat for easier digestion.
Combined with cayenne, Ginger will work very well for bronchial congestion and stuffy noses.
