2 oz. dandelion herb
1 oz. yellow dock
1 oz. chamomile and nettle
1 oz. burdock
3 LBS. sugar
Boil the herbs for 15 mins. in a gallon of hot water.Strain the
liquid and dissolve the sugar in it. Let stand a day stirring
occasionally. Add another gallon of warm water,mix in an
ounce of yeast and allow to ferment about a week.
Strain and bottle.
(And for water it best to use distilled water)
My Grandfather make a lot of this because of no money
or enough to go around as my Grandmother would tell him.
