Angelica has been proven to be useful with digestive problems and colic in children. Similar to St. John’s Wort it helps to improve well being and mental wellness. If you have diabetes, you must be careful with this herb because it raises sugar in the blood. Angelica is an agent that promotes a menstrual discharge, so if you are pregnant, DO NOT TAKE angelica. Some herbalists claim that Angelica can be used in the eyes and ears to aid with sight and hearing problems.
Angelica can be used for toothaches, cleansing wounds and an aid for healing wounds rapidly. Aids stomach and digestion problems (ulcers, vomiting, stomach cramps).
Angelica also helps with fevers, headaches, colic and body weakness.
